No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads nothing from third parties.

What the hosting records

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., United States). GitHub logs your IP address on each visit to keep the service secure, based on our legitimate interest in a secure website. Your IP address goes to the US; GitHub is certified for this under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you email us

We use your email address and message only to reply to you. The mail is kept by our email provider TransIP in the Netherlands. We keep it until your question is resolved and then for at most 2 years, so we can look back if you follow up. Mail that belongs to our accounts, such as about invoices, is kept for 7 years because the law requires it.

The app

If you use the LabelRelay app in your Shopify store, the app's privacy statement applies as well. You find it in the app.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete or port your data, restrict its use and object to it; email us to do so and you get a reply within a month, free of charge. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
