LabelRelay creates a PostNL label in your MyParcel account for each Shopify order, prints it on your label printer and marks the order fulfilled once PostNL scans the parcel.

How it works

Create the labelAutomatic

An order comes in and LabelRelay creates the label in your MyParcel account.

PrintAutomatic

The label comes out of your own label printer through PrintNode.

FulfilAutomatic

PostNL scans the parcel and the order is marked fulfilled, with track and trace for your customer.

You pack the parcel and stick the label on. The rest happens by itself.

You stay in control

LabelRelay follows your rules, not the other way around.

Prices include VAT. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

For a small store

€9 every 30 days

  • 100 labels included
  • Then €0.09 per label
  • At most €41 extra every 30 days

Growth

For a growing store

€19 every 30 days

  • 500 labels included
  • Then €0.04 per label
  • At most €40 extra every 30 days

Business

For high volumes

€49 every 30 days

  • Unlimited labels
  • No extra charges
Good to know
  • Charged on your Shopify bill, in euro. Change or cancel your plan at any time.
  • LabelRelay tells you as soon as another plan is cheaper for you.
  • MyParcel bills the labels and PrintNode bills printing, under their own terms.
What you need
  • A Shopify store that ships from the Netherlands.
  • Your own MyParcel.nl account.
  • Your own PrintNode account, with the PrintNode client on the computer your label printer is connected to.
  • Labels go to the Netherlands, Belgium and the rest of the EU. Orders that need a customs declaration are held for you to handle.
